Robot-Assisted Battery Cabinet Assembly

NeuNexus is exploring a future robotic application to support battery cabinet assembly and visual inspection. The proposed first step is one simple, safe and repeatable component-handling task, supervised and approved by qualified technicians.

Concept simulation of a future NeuNexus workflow: a generic collaborative robotic arm next to an open battery cabinet with organized component trays and an inspection camera, while a qualified technician supervises the process near an emergency stop.
  1. 01
    Prepare the components
Known parts are organized before assembly.
  2. 02
    Pick and move
The robot handles one approved component.
  3. 03
    Place
The component is positioned inside the battery cabinet.
  4. 04
    Check
The system checks the position and serial number.
  5. 05
    Human approval
A qualified technician reviews and approves the result.
Human control remains essential

The robot supports repetitive physical work. Electrical connections, error decisions, safety intervention and final product approval remain human responsibilities.

NEUGREEN NGX Manufacturing System

NEUGREEN is developing a phased manufacturing vision for future clean-energy products. The proposed model combines OEM knowledge transfer, robot-assisted assembly, mobile material flow, vision inspection, digital traceability and human-controlled quality.

We are not building a new robot company. We are building a future intelligent manufacturing model for NEUGREEN energy products, using technology from qualified partners.

Human and Robot Responsibilities
Robot
  • Handles approved non-energized components
  • Supports controlled positioning
  • Performs repeatable mechanical work
  • Collects sensor and inspection data
  • Stops when an exception is detected
Human
  • Defines the task and working rules
  • Performs electrical connections
  • Handles unexpected situations
  • Maintains safety authority
  • Provides final quality approval

The robot provides strength, precision and repeatability. The human provides knowledge, judgment and final authority.

Public Positioning

NeuNexus coordinates the future integration model. NEUGREEN defines the clean-energy product and manufacturing use case. Robotic hardware, engineering services and industrial technologies would be provided by qualified partners.

From OEM Product to Intelligent Manufacturing

The first objective is not a complete automated factory. It is one safe, measurable and realistic pilot task based on an approved NEUGREEN product.

The NGX Manufacturing System is a future integration concept. It does not represent proprietary robots, an operational factory or commercially available products. Robotic hardware and industrial technologies would be provided by qualified partners.

Technology Transfer

Building local expertise.

Our technology partners do not simply deliver hardware. They actively support NeuNexus through structured knowledge transfer — from engineer certification to online curricula and on-site installation coaching. The goal: create sustainable, autonomous industrial expertise within our own network.
