# VOLUME 4 · Platform Documentation
_The four platforms in the ecosystem — each described with the same taxonomy._

---

## 1. BSGOTECH — Technology Company (parent)
- **Purpose**: engineer the digital infrastructure that powers every downstream platform and division.
- **Mission**: to be the European technology parent behind intelligent industrial and clinical ecosystems.
- **Target market**: not a market participant directly — it serves NeuNexus, RENALIX and NeuGreen Energy internally, and licenses IP to selected industrial partners.
- **Technology**: AI, software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data platforms, digital twin, industrial IoT, edge computing.
- **Products**: platform components, reference architectures, engineering services, IP.
- **Future vision**: reference European technology parent by 2035.
- **Business model**: internal platform revenue + licensing to partners + selective enterprise engagements.
- **Competitive position**: unique in Europe as a parent that owns the AI/Cloud/Data core AND the vertical divisions.
- **Roadmap**:
  - 2026 — Consolidate platform, publish public architecture.
  - 2027 — First licensing deal to an external industrial partner.
  - 2028 — Open R&D presence in a second EU country.
  - 2030 — Full internal shared services model across all divisions.

## 2. NeuNexus — Industrial Innovation Platform
- **Purpose**: integrate technologies, partners and digital infrastructure into complete, deployable solutions.
- **Mission**: _We don't build every technology. We build the ecosystem that connects them._
- **Target market**: industrial operators (energy, manufacturing), hospital systems, research consortia, public infrastructure operators.
- **Technology**: RAG (Gemini + FastEmbed), MongoDB data plane, MQTT/OPC UA/FHIR/REST integration bus, digital twin, industrial IoT and edge nodes, cognitive robotics interfaces (via NEURA, proposed).
- **Products**: NeuNexus Platform (SaaS), integration services, executive blueprints, industrial demonstrators.
- **Future vision**: the default integration layer between European industry and applied technology.
- **Business model**: platform fees (per site / per user), integration engagements, blueprint & consultancy revenue.
- **Competitive position**: horizontal to Siemens Xcelerator and SAP LeanIX, but rooted in vertical convergence (health + energy + industry) rather than one vertical only.
- **Roadmap**:
  - 2026 — Platform GA in DACH; publish Autonomous Manufacturing Blueprint (Uetze).
  - 2027 — First smart factory pilot deployment.
  - 2028 — Cognitive robotics module with NEURA (proposed).
  - 2030 — Multi-site scale in DACH + Iberia.

## 3. RENALIX — AI Healthcare
- **Purpose**: transform renal healthcare through predictive AI grounded in real clinical data.
- **Mission**: intercept renal risk before it becomes crisis — from Pflege facility to hospital ward.
- **Target market**: hospital networks, care providers (Pflege), regional health systems, clinical research groups.
- **Technology**: Digital Kidney Twin, predictive AI models, biomarker analytics, EHR/FHIR integration, secure medical cloud, edge medical devices.
- **Products**: **RENALIX Care** (community/Pflege intelligence) and **RENALIX Pro** (hospital clinical decision support).
- **Future vision**: the reference European AI health platform for renal medicine, then adjacent chronic verticals.
- **Business model**: subscription per bed / per patient / per clinic + integration fees + research partnerships.
- **Competitive position**: differentiated by the closed loop from community sensor to hospital response — competitors typically address one side.
- **Roadmap**:
  - 2024 — Foundation, AI Core, infrastructure.
  - 2025 — Pilot validation, sustainable energy platform integration.
  - 2026 — Full Digital Kidney Twin activation.
  - 2027 — EU MDR certification.
  - 2028+ — European commercial scaling.

## 4. NeuGreen Energy — Renewable Energy
- **Purpose**: deliver intelligent renewable energy solutions — solar, storage and smart infrastructure — to residential and commercial customers in Europe.
- **Mission**: independence through innovation.
- **Target market**: residential (rooftop + storage), commercial (medium sites), industrial (behind-the-meter), municipal infrastructure.
- **Technology**: solar generation, hybrid inverters, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), industrial edge monitoring, EV mobility integration.
- **Products**: complete solar kits, BESS packages, private-label OEM manufacturing, EMS software.
- **Future vision**: European brand for consumer and commercial intelligent energy, with CKD/SKD manufacturing in Germany.
- **Business model**: hardware sales + monitoring/EMS SaaS + OEM manufacturing.
- **Competitive position**: differentiated by intelligence layer bundled with hardware; not just a reseller.
- **Roadmap**:
  - 2026 — Public product catalog live; first commercial installations at scale.
  - 2027 — Local CKD assembly line commissioning (Uetze).
  - 2028 — Full SKD assembly; EMS module SaaS launch.
  - 2030 — Regional expansion into Iberia and Central Europe.
